Juror was Ann Hart-Chay, a painter, photographer, and artist's artist, is most proud of her daughter and founding Visual Art Studio in what has seemingly quickly become the Historic Downtown Arts District. Entertainment was provided by Sergeant Wesly Wagner and Specialist Joseph Bennett of the 392nd Army Band. The Mezzanine Gallery featured: Clifton Dickens ~ Mixed Media, Lane Hiers ~ Oil, Johanna Stoneking ~ Photography, Joe DeIuilo ~ Oil, Angel Flora Balton ~ Mixed Media and Kitty Hedgpeth ~ Mixed Media.
